These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in RafflePads competitions. By entering, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

• Proof of identity and address may be required.

3. How to Enter

• Purchase tickets via our website.

• Each ticket provides one entry into the competition.

4. Ticket Pricing

Ticket prices vary depending on the property and are clearly stated on the competition page.

5. Prize Details

• The prize is the property published with the location.

• If the competition does not meet the ticket sales target, a cash alternative of [Insert Amount] will be offered.

6. Draw Method

The draw will be conducted via live show or a digital platform on the closing date declared at the beginning of the campaign. The winner will be notified by email and phone.

7. Transfer of Ownership

• If the target is met, the property will be transferred to the winner.

• If the target is not met, the winner will receive the cash alternative.

8. Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once a ticket has been purchased.

9. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from participation in the competition.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
