1. No Refunds

All ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Duplicate charges.

• Technical issues preventing entry.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction.
